Love your writing but I think you will lose money on this deal. You should seek some control when investing in "creators". Why 1) people do stupid things 2) being a good creator does not make you a good or prudent business person. I could go on but I won't.
Being a good creator also doesn't disqualify you from being a good or prudent business person. I would argue the typical creator who has successfully gone "full-time" is a better entrepreneur than most business people. They're managing PnL well from day 1.
Question: does that mean you own 10% of any source of revenue from the creator for the rest of their life / what stops the creator from cutting you out of a future revenue source (Ex. a new media platform to monetize on) or setting up a venture outside of the holding company?
